Scuba Diving & Snorkeling


Scuba Diving & SnorkelingVallarta may not be known for diving, but it actually offers some excellent diving locations including Los Arcos, El Moro and Las Marietas. Whether you are an experienced diver or are interested in earning your scuba certification, Vallarta can provide you with a great diving experience. Snorkeling is also available at a number of these locations with the best being found at Los Arcos, the rock formations just south of Vallarta.

Boat Tours


If you are interested in cruising the ocean, taking in dramatic coastline, exploring the beauty of the Bay, or visiting secluded coves, Vallarta offers a number of boat tours that will fit your interests. Fishing & Sailing

Banderas Bay is Mexico’s largest natural bay and offers some of the best sport fishing in Mexico. Numerous fishing and sailing tours are available which will allow you to discover the crystal clear water and abundant marine life of the Bay.

Kayaking

 


Sea kayaking is available at many beaches throughout Banderas Bay. Not only is it great exercise, but it is a fun way to discover Vallarta from aSea kayaking different vantage point. Either alone or with a partner, this activity is easy for beginners to learn and you may even spot dolphins, turtles or mantas while exploring some of the isolated beaches.

Surfing


Banderas Bay is a great place for surfing. There are a many surf spots throughout the Bay perfect for beginners and experts. There are also classes available for those interested in learning this activity.

Whale Watching

Whale Watching
The Humpback Whales come to the warm waters of Banderas Bay every winter to breed and calf from the north arctic waters where they spend the summer. The whale watching season is from December through March. During the tours you have the opportunity to see the grace & beauty of the mammal, and to learn about their migration, life cycle and other interesting information.
