What kind of clothes should I pack?
We are very lucky in Puerto Vallarta as the climate is very pleasant all year long. During the winter the temperature rarely drops below 15°C (59°F) at night, so you might want to take a jacket in case you get a little cold on the Malecon (boardwalk) with the ocean breeze. During the day the temperature usually is around 30°C (86°F).
In the summer comes the rainy season and with it, the temperature can rise up to 40°C (104°F) during the day, and it can become very humid, so all you will need it light clothes, that will allow your body to breathe.
All year long, make sure you don't forget your sunglasses, your flip flops and your bathing suit! You can purchase all kind of sunblock in almost all Vallarta stores, as well as insect repellent.
